Active contracts are those within their valid term – expired contracts are not counted. This ensures you make the most of your licenses by focusing only on ongoing agreements.
Yes, you can switch licenses at any time. If you upgrade from Starter to Professional mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades from Professional to Starter do not receive refunds for the remaining period.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please note that no refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs before the end of the billing month.
The billing period begins when your first invoice is issued. For example, if you sign up on January 15th, you can use the system for free until January 30th. After that, register your credit card – the billing month starts from the date of the first invoice.
